Special topic in July…the breath
Currently there’s a lot of information out there about the breath – some of it in my humble
opinion is confusing and unnecessarily complicated.
The breath is a constant, reliable companion, coming and going freely 21.000 times a day!
The breath is absolutely vital for our overall wellbeing – how we breathe has an impact on
digestion, energy, mood, mental focus, sleep – just about everything.
So it’s well worth nurturing a deep and even loving relationship with your own breath …
that’s exactly what I hope to nudge you towards during this morning together!
My overall intention for these mornings is to offer a range of nourishing practices in an
atmosphere of warmth, welcome and encouragement….a space where we support one another in
reclaiming our capacity to live with ease, vitality and connection. I like to keep things simple, yet everything I choose to teach is based on decades of training and current research in bodywork, psychology and neuroscience. My hope is that whatever you ‘learn’ during these mornings can be usefully integrated into your daily self-care routines – hence after the workshop I usually send out some relevant links and recordings to support your on-going practice.
