Bones and Balance…new Yoga classes in Clones and Online

There’s something about Halloween that reminds me of bones….no prizes for guessing!
I happen to love skeletons – yes I know some might think they’re creepy, but not me …
As I move around in life (not just on a yoga mat) I find it incredibly empowering to think about my skeleton, so exquisitely designed to allow me to live an ‘upright’ life – strongly supported from within, yet free to move around with ease in any direction. Amazing!!!
And of course as I get older I’m more and more appreciating the importance of looking after my skeleton – I’m hoping it will go on carrying me around for some time to come.
So… a recent spurt of research into yoga for bone strength has proven to be very rewarding and has inspired me to modify my own practice in a number of ways; things to do more of, things to go easy on etc etc
Inevitably my research is spilling into my classes and my intention for this term is to focus on bone health and balance.
